Our Friends of the Foundation, a grateful patient program, is a five year commitment of $5,000. The contribution is 100% tax deductible and is renewed at the end of five years in order to remain a Friend.

As a Friend:

• a personalized Friends of the Foundation card will be given to present upon arrival at Southeast Georgia Health System
• an emergency telephone number that is available and will be answered by a Foundation team member 24 hours a day, seven days a week in the event you have a medical need
• your medical information will be on file and readily accessible in order to alleviate a portion of the paperwork required in a medical event, thus helping to expedite the registration process
• you will be invited to receive complimentary preventative health screenings offered throughout the year
• you will be invited to all Health System programs and special events
• your name will be listed on one of our Donor Recognition walls
